Artworks for freedom is a website who want to raise awareness of human trafficking and modern day slavery with the power of art. They work locally and globally
and engaging art in all its forms, they are transforming public
perceptions, educating individuals, communities and policy makers, and
inspiring action to put an end to modern day slavery.
To me the most powerful piece of art is the condom photography piece, This is because with each one underneath is the job of the person who payed them for sex. the title of the piece is "DAY'S WORK. "I remember every client, every face. It is like a horror movie." this shows the mental scaring the "client' has on the women/children they sleep with.
There work is very inspiring as it is very graphic and shocking but works in their favour as it gives the audience a wake up call about Trafficking and modern day slavery.
