Transgender Toilet facilities argument in America
In America Transgender people are finding it more difficult and frightening about which toilet to go to. This is because Cis gender people (relating to a person whose self-identity conforms with
the gender that corresponds to their biological sex; not transgender) are scared that they might get raped or assaulted in the toilets by transgender people. To me I find this difficult to understand as when anyone goes to the toilet all the want to do is use the toilet, also what is to stop a Cis gender person attack another Cis gender person?
In a news report by the BBC The Texas bill would force transgender people to use toilets in schools and other public buildings according to the gender on their birth certificate. This is taking no notice to their gender specification or which gender they see themselves.
I have seen a lot in the media how some youtubers would go as far to say that being transgender is a mental disorder. Links will be added to these videos.
Another article shows a mothers daughter who transitioned and why it is important to trans people to go to their assigned gender toilet.
Transgender people are now becoming more afraid to use their "biological gender" assigned toilets, of fear to be beaten up or worse killed.

I chose the Transgender toilet debate as it a very recent topic and goes again the basic human right; Equal rights to access for public services
